If your venue requires proof of insurance before animals are allowed on the property, ask them what they need and send it with your request. That is arranged well in advance rather than at the gate.

Schools are invoiced rather than sent a card link. Mark the request as an organization booking and the paperwork side starts with it. We also enjoy answering questions about llamas and can provide a more educational presentation if desired.

If your community needs its own sign-off, a certificate of insurance or records for the animals, say so with the request and it starts early rather than in the week of the visit.

We love supporting local organizations and community groups! We offer a reduced fundraiser/community rate rather than taking a percentage of funds raised.
